The Los Angeles based comedian has performed all over the world and is a fan favorite at the nation’s most prestigious clubs including the Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv, and Comedy & Magic Club, to name a few. On the live performance front, he recently rocked the stage in front of 20,000 fans at L.A.’s prestigious ‘POWER 106 Comedy Jam’ alongside Katt Williams, Carlos Mencia, and Russell Peters.
Hip-hop superstar Snoop Dogg spotted Darren Carter on television doing his dead-on impersonation of the rapper, which led to performing multiple times at Snoop’s annual family reunion.
The party doesn’t stop there. After appearing in the summer blockbuster ‘Be Cool’ with John Travolta Darren continues to make appearances regularly on television. Whether it’s Comedy Central, BET, NBC, or E!, Darren appeals to a wide audience. And if you think you are hearing Darren’s voice, don’t worry, you aren’t going crazy! He’s been using his dynamic abilities for a number of voiceover roles, including Activision’s top-selling video game, ‘Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland’.

The Ventura Harbor Comedy Club is Ventura County's premiere comedy destination. Located in the beautiful Ventura Harbor. Owned and Operated by seasoned Comedians Andres Fernandez and Randy Lubas since 2007, the Ventura Harbor Comedy Club has put Ventura on the map for stand up. Our club has featured some of the largest names in entertainment while nurturing the growth of local talent. Our venue is perfect for every celebration, especially Birthdays, Corporate Parties, Holiday Celebrations and Bachelor Parties. We expanded our club in 2012 with our Green Room Lounge, which offers one of the best views of the harbor.
Our regular show hours or Tuesday through Friday at 8PM, Saturdays at 7PM & 9PM and Sundays at 7PM. Our age requirement is now 18 and over. Seating is first come first serve, reservations suggest for all events. Special Event prices subject to change.
