If Richard Pryor and Sarah Silverman had a step-child together, Ester would be that child's friend's roommate's sister's cousin.Ester began performing stand-up on the high school lunch tables in Tampa, Fl at age seventeen and soon graduated to the campus of New York University. While attending NYU Tisch she took full advantage of the city's thriving comedy scene and quickly became a regular at Caroline's New Talent Night, Gotham, Stand-up New York, and Eastville Comedy Club. By the time she was a Junior in college she had been featured on Time Out New York's Joke of the Week, and had her own weekly show at the People's Improv Theater.
Now residing in Hollywood, she performs regularly at comedy clubs including Laugh Factory, Comedy Store, and the Improv. She has appeared in Time Out New York Magazine, TBS.com, Millinoaire Matchmaker, New York Post, NYU local, and the Jewish Press. She has toured colleges with Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad, Skidmore College Comedy Festival, Rooftop Comedy's College Competition, NYU's "Make Me Laugh" comedy festival, the Ventura Harbor Comedy Festival, and the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival.
